As a busy mom of 4, I've worked hard to create a proven system that is realistic to my busy lifestyle, and goals, workouts that can be effective in a short amount of time alongside an eating method to fuel my performance throughout my workout. The Method of training I created is called The Swyft Method, slow and controlled mind-muscle connecting strength movements followed by intense bursts of sprint, core or mobility exercises. Instead of focusing on weight-loss the focus is on the level of strength you gain in each workout and your increased endurance throughout the workout. This system is suitable for all fitness levels!
